Operation Helping Our Heroes
Operation Helping Our Heroes is
a dedicated program, which focuses on getting aid and supplies
to injured and non-injured troops in many locations. The program got
started with a little bit of love, devotion, and dedication to our Troops.
Our main purpose is to show the Troops everywhere we stand behind them
in love and support for what they do. We stand strong to make
a difference for our Armed Service Members that fight so courageously
for us.
By December 2006, Heroes was born
and all the projects had grown. We take and or ask for NO money at
anytime! We merely are the go between for troops with APO and FPO
addresses and civilians. We supply and offer many outlets and services
to the Troops, Military Family Members, and Military Supporters. We
give assistance, pass along information and supplies, and handle address
exchanges and services. Operation Helping Our Heroes is civilians giving
back to the Troops to show our appreciation.
For
those interested in donating NEW items
to the injured troops, or you would like to participate in any of
our drives, and or would just like an injured troop to write too...PLEASE
contact me and I can get you that information. We encourage everyone
to think of our injured troops and write and send cards to show your
support. We as Troop supporters, have a mission just like our men and
women in uniform. As long as they fight, our mission is to support them.

The contributions
made by you, get sent to multiple locations in the USA, Iraq, Afghanistan,
Kosovo, Kuwait, Germany, and other locations as well.

Our services include:
- Send aid and supplies to injured and non-injured Troops at many locations.
- Sending out care packages of love, cards, e-mails, and letters
- Adopt out Troops in need
- Gathering and donating to people in need in other Countries, i.e., Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kosovo
- Getting messages and prayers to Troops
- Penpals for Troops
- Getting not only greetings to Troops, but assisting them in getting greetings and messages to friends and loved ones
- Getting Troops cards and letters for special occassions
- Picture sharing with Troops
- Children supporting other children with deployed family members
- Children showing and sending support to Troops
- Helping Military families find the resources and tools they need
- Mailing tips, lists and ideas of what to do and send to Troops
- Support for Troops on the Home front
All our projects and services come together to aid and support all our troops on the home front and abroad in harms way.
